Available at Crimson Resort and Spa in Mactan and at Quest Hotel in Cebu City, this melt in your mouth cheesecake has a creamy cheesy center that's irresistibly good. 

The first baby of husband-and-wife tandem, Chef Chele and Teri Gonzalez, this cheesecake recipe is from the Basque Country, one which Chele learned early in his career when he was living in San Sebastian and working for Azrak.
